Over the past few months, we’ve added a whole set of new functionalities that will improve your trading experience. The product team has been flat out but is pumped to continue improving the trading platform and bring many more intuitive tools to the Bit Trader community.
Here are a few updates of what’s new to the platform plus what we have coming.
We’ve enabled the trading of XRP (ripple) and Litecoin as a part of our commitment to adding more blockchain assets. As of today you can now buy LTC and XRP from your account dashboard and sell orders will be live in the next few days as we resolve some final issues. These are the currencies that received the most votes in our recent customer survey (thank you to all the Bit Traders that voted).
If you want to trade these newly added assets, log in to your account now and go to place order. We’ve held off on adding BCH but will be getting a decision on this soon.
Have your say on the cryptocurrencies we add next using this survey.
We’ve added something a little different based on user interviews. New to the trading platform is a custom-built cryptocurrency chart tool that enables our customers to see the ask and bid price for all of our listed cryptocurrencies.
You will also see a reference to any orders you made with information about them right in the chart interface. We will be improving on this further, and over the coming months, you’ll see a range of functionalities added to this chart.
You can view and interact with these charts from your Bit Trade account dashboard
As part of the new AUSTRAC rules that came into force in October, we have changed the way order limits work. This means you have a defined limit set for the daily and monthly order amounts you can make. Upgrading this limit is easy through our helpdesk. So, if you need to up your limit, just reach out via your account dashboard.
Tiered accounts have also been added to the customer signup process. This will make it easier and quicker for people wanting to trade small amounts of cryptocurrency to get up and running.
New users get to choose from a range of account tiers to suit their cryptocurrency trading needs
We’ve got an exciting roadmap planned for the next few months and beyond to make Bit Trading world class.
The current platform infrastructure we have built connects to many live exchanges globally, and we will be connecting more and more as time goes on. This will enable an array of new currencies we will incrementally be adding. Our liquidity engine plugs into all of these exchanges and sources the best price at the time, bringing the whole world of crypto assets and optimal pricing straight to your Bit Trade dashboard.
